- Bring or e-mail the following materials to Ms. Brennen.
- Writing samples in the NEW area of concentration (up to, but no more than, 25 pages).
- A new letter of intent. Explain why you have chosen to change your concentration, including your future goals.
- When Ms. Brennen receives these items, she will distribute them to faculty in the new concentration genre.
- When the faculty notifies Ms. Brennen of their approval, she will contact you as well as the Registrar, who will change your records to reflect the new concentration.
Please note: You must follow the procedure outlined above to ensure that you will graduate in a timely manner. If you think you have changed your concentration, but have not followed the procedure outlined above, your concentration has not been officially changed and you may not be able to graduate when you plan. Contact Ms. Brennen immediately!
